People with interest, achievement or education across the three worlds of cultural, profitable, or charitable enterprises.
Your working life so far might be a little different from people you know, your curiosity probably means you’ve tried a few roles, industries, or careers on for size.
You’ve probably banked tons of knowledge, looked beyond the career path expected of you and you’re definitely hungry to keep learning and exploring.

B+A is the most creatively dynamic place I've worked. I jokingly would say it is like choosing grad school as a profession because of how much you are learning as you work. You are researching, studying, and creatively building on every different project.

This is my fifth year at B+A, and I have recently returned back after six incredible months of parental leave.
