What is it?

This is the first of what will be an annual, international poll of young people, aged 13–24, tracking their changing, evolving sentiments to what’s going on in the world around them.

Why we’re doing it

With everything 2020 has brought, we wanted to hear from young people about their experiences and their lessons learned, and start tracking their views based on global events each year.

How we did it

To get a glimpse of how 2020 and the Coronavirus pandemic has impacted young people, we asked 2,200 of B+A’s global community in 6 countries (Brazil, China, France, South Africa, the USA and the UK) to fill out a short survey in their own language. This survey was designed with both closed- and open-ended questions and was sent out in April of 2021, around the one year anniversary of the global lock-down.
