Introducing B+A Exchange.
A space for B+A's Problem Solvers to meet, work alongside, and support change-makers from across the globe to meet their goals.
Our goal is to bring momentum and clarity to people whose ambition extends beyond their current capacity or resources.
We offer our Exchange clients five days of free consultancy, where a team of B+A Problem Solvers will dedicate themselves to the exchange client’s brief.

Why is it an Exchange?
Well, we provide our consultancy with our fee discounted to a zero rate and, in return, you open up yourself and your community to us, joining B+A’s mission - to connect, educate and embolden the problem solvers our world needs now.
Our exchange clients therefore become long-term friends and partners.
Some Exchange projects:
Providing in-person and online athletics classes for adults with disabilities in Portland, Oregon.
We worked with EBA to better understand donor motivation in order to grow income.
We ran workshops with the EBA team, spoke to major donors, then provided an insights and provocations deck to inform a
communications strategy.
Their benefit:
Our client received deeper commercial understanding and a refreshed communications approach.
Creating a safe space for a community of asylum seekers in Halifax, UK.
B+A developed a communications plan to support the launch of a five-year strategy.
We also co-created a Snapshot (a short film that brings the charity’s work to life) with the community who use the centre.
Their benefit:
Our client received the strategy and tools required to drive the charity's long-term strategic aims.
Fighting for menstrual equity and the rights of all people in the UK who bleed.
B+A investigated the experiences of people who bleed through a qualitative survey.
We reached 1000 people, then synthesised the findings and provided insights. These informed a PR and campaigning approach.
Their benefit:
Our client received valuable research used to influence government and raise the profile of period poverty nationally through PR (which resulted in donations to the charity).
